Lotlinx is experiencing tremendous growth and has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Director to cover the Southeast Region.

Role Details

The Regional Director plays a pivotal role in driving the success and market penetration of Lotlinx products within their designated region. They will oversee sales operations and strategy within a specific geographic area. They will develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth, managing a team of Market Managers, nurturing relationships with clients and partners in the automotive sector. They analyze market dynamics, identify opportunities for expanding the adoption of Lotlinx products, and ensure that sales targets are achieved or exceeded. Additionally, they collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with the unique needs of clients and contribute to the development of long-term business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional strategies that align with the organization's overall objectives. This involves setting goals, targets, and performance metrics for the region.
  • Manage and provide leadership to a team of Market Managers within the region. This may include hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure the efficient and effective operation of all business activities within the region, including sales, marketing, finance, and customer service.
  • Create and manage budgets for the region, monitor financial performance, and make adjustments as needed to achieve financial targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the region and develop strategies to expand the organization's presence. This may involve market analysis, competitor research, and partnership development.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with key customers, clients, and partners within the region.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the region's performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks within the region, including financial, operational, and legal risks.
  • Set performance targets and standards for the region, regularly assess progress, and implement necessary improvements.
  • Address and resolve conflicts, issues, and disputes that may arise within the region.
  • Frequent in-market travel and on-site visits.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in a similar role.
  • 5+ years of recent experience in the automotive industry.
  • 3+ years leading and managing high-performing teams.
  • The ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
