The Regional Manager demonstrates the highest quality of leadership in motivating

Store Managers and all store Coworkers. The Regional Manager effectively

communicates the company’s business expectations and drives results through

impactful coaching and development to achieve maximum productivity. The Regional

Manager supports the company culture and commitment to a diverse workforce through

the attraction, training, development, and retention of quality Coworkers and

accomplishes these in a way that is consistent with our core values.

Essential Functions

  • Ensure all stores meet or exceed their budget for the year
  • Produce positive comps in both total revenue and profit in all stores
  • Execute credit processes to hit daily credit standards
  • Provide quality inventory management to increase our cash flow
  • Hit or exceed all sales metrics
  • Ensure 92%+ collected

Leadership:

1. Ensure timely and effective execution and compliance of all company programs,

policies, and processes

2. Ensure timely and quality staffing of stores through approved employment practices,

compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and support of the

company’s commitment to maintain a diverse workforce

3. Ensure effective training and development for all Store Managers and Coworkers in

the district. Maintain individual development records to monitor Coworkers’ performance

and the number and quality of promotable Coworkers in the region

4. Maximize retention of Store Managers and all region Coworkers; demonstrate

continual improvement in reducing turnover and Coworker complaints by establishing

and maintaining a positive and productive work environment

5. Demonstrate through example, a commitment to exceptional customer service.

6. Provide leadership and management to ensure all stores' merchandising, cleanliness,

and overall appearance comply with company programs and present the best possible

appearance to the customer

7. Protect company assets through flawless execution of audits, inventory control, and

expense management

Required Education and Experience

• 5 – 7 years of retail/management experience

• Demonstrated ability to perform all essential job functions at the Store Manager level

• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications

• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record Preferences Ideally, a candidate for a

Regional Manager displays skills in:

• Leadership, to keep Coworkers motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions

while being a good judge of character to ensure the company hires the right people to

maintain an efficient and motivated team.

• Time Management, to work with and visit multiple stores and managers across a large

market, Regional Manager must handle a wide and varied workload, and effectively

schedule their weeks.

• Math & Budgeting, to keep and maintain a budget through P&L management.

Regional Managers need to be confident in using math skills to make sure all company

resources and expenditures are managed appropriately and accounted for.

• Decision-Making, The Regional Manager is accountable for all activities within the

region. Whether it is dealing with Coworkers, management, or vendors, Regional

Managers will be required to make decisions that affect the company.

• Speaking & Writing, abilities are required as the Regional Manager. Regional Manager

will be called upon to write reports, development plans, recommendations, and

documented support for developmental needs, coaching and terminations.

Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and days and hours of work are Monday through Saturday, store open to this job

description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Coworker may perform other related duties as needed to meet the

ongoing needs of the organization. This position regularly requires long hours and frequent weekend work, and travel

(including overnights).
