This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional Guest Services as part of our Sales & Catering TEAM, ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's sales function. As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to manage accounts, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction while actively soliciting both past and new business. The goal is to achieve or exceed all revenue targets, including room nights, average rates, and room rentals.

Essential Job Functions
  • Deliver best-in-class service to our guests with engagement and thoughtfulness
  • Drive group sales by proactively seeking new business opportunities and responding promptly to inquiries
  • Lead and manage the efficient sale of guest room nights and room rentals within the Sales & Catering Division
  • Conduct site inspections with potential and existing clients, showcasing our exceptional offering
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless account servicing
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with the local Chamber of Commerce, civic groups, and businesses

Compensation: $75,000-$80,000/annual + potential quarterly incentive bonus

Physical Demands
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Ability to exercise judgement in evaluating situations and making sound decisions
Qualifications Education
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
Experience
  • Two years Hospitality Sales and/or Convention Service experience preferred
  • Previous Sales experience required
  • Confident utilizing MS outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Previous experience with hotel Delphi and Hilton PEP preferred
