Position offers consistent weekly home time, mileage-based pay, and a $4,000 sign-on bonus. Drivers typically run regional freight from northern North Carolina through Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio, with home time on Saturday and Sunday.
- $4,000 sign-on bonus
- $0.80–$0.85 per mile
- Home Saturday and Sunday for a 34-hour reset
- Average 1,500 miles per week, depending on hours and freight availability
- Average length of haul approximately 400 miles
- Up to $0.03 per mile performance bonus (up to 3 CPM) based on safety, mileage, and productivity
- Additional stop pay, detention pay, and Long Island delivery pay
- Late-model equipment: 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth tractors
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off (PTO)
- Top regional drivers on this fleet can earn up to $1,850 weekly
- Additional stop pay: $20 for the first stop, $35 for the second stop, $50 for the third stop and beyond
- Long Island delivery pay: $65
- Detention pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours

- Drivers operate a mix of live loads and preloaded trailers across the Northeast regional network.
- Primary running area generally spans Virginia to Maine; typical freight routes move from northern North Carolina up to Maine and as far west as eastern Ohio.
- Occasional routes outside the primary area may be used to maximize miles while maintaining weekly reset time.
- Drivers who elect to remain out rather than return home for their reset may be eligible to run additional weekend freight for extra miles and pay.
- Willingness to drive in New York City (including Long Island deliveries) is advantageous but not required.
