Pest Control Technician (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a predominantly residential route—inspect, diagnose, and treat pest issues.

  • Build strong relationships with clients and partner with them on prevention.

  • Document services in our mobile system and follow safety best practices.

Training & Ongoing Support

  • Continued support: service-manager ride-alongs, help with difficult cases, and ongoing one-on-one & classroom training.

Pay & Benefits

  • $25–$30/hour DOE (paid training).

  • Schedule: Generally Monday–Friday; optional Saturdays available for extra $.

  • Must pass a criminal background check.

  • Helpful (not required): current pest-control license; experience in sales, customer service, construction, or handyman work; comfort with mobile apps/technology; strong problem-solving skills.
