Role Overview:

The Regional Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of Dental Practices within the designated region. They will be responsible for overseeing various operational aspects including staffing support, efficient change management, compliance, and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental healthcare management, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Location: NJ/PA

This is not a remote position - Candidates must reside in the region of management.

  • Operational Oversight for all New Jersey and surrounding Dental Offices.
  • Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple dental practices within the region.

  • Staff Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the dental practice teams in the region.

  • Develop and manage operational goals for each facility, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource allocation.

  • Implement performance improvement initiatives based on data analysis and feedback from stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Must reside or willing to relocate to the New Jersey or surrounding areas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with a proven track record of success in operational leadership roles.
  • Regional Dental Management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
