Job description

Start or grow your CDL-A career driving regional dry van routes across 11 Western states. Both new graduates and experienced drivers can take advantage of steady freight, predictable bi-weekly home time, and supportive, driver-focused mentorship.

Training & Entry Level Opportunities

  • 4–6 week paid mentor program for new CDL-A drivers

  • Full pay during training weeks

  • $300 orientation bonus applied on your first solo paycheck

  • Guided over-the-road experience in Western regional dry van operations

  • Minimum requirements: CDL-A license, 21+ years old, 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school


Experienced Driver Compensation

  • Average weekly pay: $1,300–$1,500

  • Top 25% of drivers earn up to $1,700 per week

  • Up to $0.08 CPM performance bonus

  • Bi-weekly home schedule

  • Consistent regional miles and no-touch freight
