Role and Responsibilities :
Responsibilities include management of the assigned territory and the branches, including day-to-day management and business development.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for internal employees, skilled associates, and direct-hire placements.
• Oversee operations across multiple branch locations within an assigned region.
• Partner with the sales team to identify new business opportunities, prospects, and client leads.
• Collaborate with Selling Branch Managers to develop and execute monthly recruiting strategies, calendars, and hiring activities.
• Monitor branch revenue, gross profit, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational goals are achieved.
• Conduct weekly business reviews with Managers to evaluate performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with I-9 requirements, employment documentation, and all applicable to federal, state, and company regulations.
• Participate in client safety walkthroughs and support workplace safety initiatives.
• Assist with accident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and resolution efforts.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), turnover reports, fill-rate analyses, and workforce metrics.
• Attend new client meetings and support business development initiatives alongside the sales team.
• Recommend and implement process improvements related to recruiting, operations, and workforce management.
• Communicate company initiatives, policy updates, and performance expectations to branch teams.
• Support the implementation and onboarding of new clients and onsite workforce programs.
• Provide operational support and management coverage during Branch Manager absences.
• Train, mentor, coach, and develop branch staff to enhance performance and engagement.
• Administer employee counseling, corrective actions, and disciplinary measures as needed.
• Monitor workers' compensation claims, unemployment costs, and risk-management metrics within the territory.
• Ensure effective utilization, accuracy, and maintenance of the Aviont• Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Negotiate pricing agreements, service terms, and payment conditions with prospective clients.
• Qualify business opportunities and support branch growth through strategic sales and client development efforts.
• Drive business growth by supporting sales activities, client implementations, and operational expansion initiatives.
• Submit weekly activity, performance, and business development reports to leadership.
• Develop marketing and promotional materials to support recruiting and sales initiatives.
• Utilize company software platforms to track leads, client activity, sales pipelines, and business development efforts.
• Prepare for, facilitate, and lead professional business meetings with senior-level and executive stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.
• Conduct routine client visits, satisfaction reviews, and quarterly business reviews to ensure retention and growth.
• Travel up to 50% as required to support branch operations, client relationships, and business development activities

• Prospect List- always Maintains a prospect list of at least one hundred customers, which must be documented in Avionte
