We?re looking for a skilled and driven Regional Manager to join our widely respected and diverse Facilities Division in either our Raleigh, NC or Greenville, SC office locations. Regional Engineering Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful operations and business development of the Facilities Division?s regional functions. This position will be tasked with working with the Director of MJ?s Facilities Division to set forth growth strategies in the Carolinas Region, process improvements, performance management, and other strategic initiatives for the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Project Manager for select projects to ensure on-time and within budget with delivery of high-quality technical designs and plans meeting project requirements.
  • Oversee supervision and technical development of design staff to ensure production, establish staffing projections and scheduling, as well as quality control, review contracts, set project scope and cost proposals.
  • Complete employee performance and career development goals and identify or implement appropriate training opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Director to ensure financial success of the Facilities Division.
  • Responsible for developing and achieving new order business goals and maintaining existing client relationships in the region.


Qualifications:
? Bachelor?s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Structural Engineering
? NC, SC, VA P.E. registration required.
? 12+ years of progressive building design experience.
? Proven effective team leadership and successful project management experience.
? Excellent verbal communication, presentation skills and technical writing required.
? Knowledge of project performance and business operations metrics.
