United Land Services (ULS) is a leading full-service landscaping company recognized for delivering high-quality commercial landscape installation and maintenance services. With expertise in landscape design, irrigation systems, hardscapes, and outdoor lighting, ULS serves a wide range of properties, including residential developments, condominium complexes, commercial properties, and municipalities throughout the Southeast.

The Regional Manager is responsible for the overall financial, operational, and sales performance of assigned branch locations. This position provides leadership and direction to Branch Managers and regional teams to drive growth, profitability, customer satisfaction, employee development, and operational excellence. All duties are performed under the direction of the Vice President of Maintenance Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and support Branch Managers in achieving operational, financial, and customer service goals.

  • Drive business development and growth initiatives throughout the assigned region.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and industry partners.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and service quality.

  • Monitor branch performance and implement action plans to achieve regional objectives.

  • Establish and promote best practices, policies, and procedures across the region.

  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Ensure required training is completed by self and direct reports.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of landscape, green industry, or related experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a multi-location environment.

  • Business development experience preferred.

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
