Job Summary:

As a Regional Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of a high-performing portfolio located throughout Las Vegas, Nevada.

You will be responsible for financial performance, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence across all assigned properties. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and a passion for creating thriving communities in competitive markets.

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven leader to oversee a mix of conventional and weekly properties. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering strong performance across a diverse Nevada portfolio.

Please Note: To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must currently reside in the Las Vegas, Nevada area and have recent Regional Manager or equivalent multi-site leadership experience overseeing BOTH conventional multifamily communities AND weekly/extended-stay hotel properties within the Nevada market.

Essential Functions: (Include but are not limited to):

  • Oversee the performance of multiple conventional properties, ensuring operational and financial goals are met.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop on-site teams to achieve peak performance and high occupancy rates.
  • Drive NOI growth, expense management, and strategic budgeting across the portfolio.
  • Implement effective leasing, marketing, and retention strategies to maintain strong occupancy.
  • Monitor and improve maintenance and capital improvement projects to enhance property value.
  • Analyze financial reports, market trends, and property performance metrics to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Serve as a key liaison with ownership, vendors, and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of Regional Manager or equivalent multi-site leadership experience overseeing multifamily portfolios, including recent experience managing properties within the Nevada market
  • Recent experience overseeing both conventional multifamily apartment communities AND weekly/extended-stay hotel properties in Nevada is required.
  • Proven experience managing multiple properties and leading Community Managers, property leaders, and on-site teams across a portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of both multifamily property management and extended-stay/hospitality operations.
  • Experience developing and implementing strategies to improve occupancy, resident/guest retention, delinquency, collections, and overall property performance.
  • Experience with leasing strategies, rent optimization, competitive market analysis, and revenue-driving initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management software.
  • Fluency in English required; bilingual English/Spanish communication skills strongly preferred.
  • Ability to effectively interact with owners, residents, guests, and team members.
  • Driven and goal-focused, with the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced, multi-property environment.
  • Ability to travel frequently throughout the Las Vegas area to conduct site visits and support assigned properties.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to climb stairs and navigate multi-level buildings as needed
  • Ability to lift or move items up to 25 lbs occasionally (e.g., documents, small equipment)
  • Ability to work in various environments, including offices, construction areas, and outdoor property grounds
