Role and Responsibilities

The Sr. Director of Regional Sales for Digital Appliances is responsible for driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets for the Regional/Power Dealer Channel. This role focuses on managing regional sales operations, building strong relationships with retail partners and customers, and ensuring the successful execution of business-to-consumer (B2C) sales initiatives for digital appliances.


Key Responsibilities

1.Regional Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement effective regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the digital appliances market.

  • Analyze regional market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

2. Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of regional sales professionals to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge specific to digital appliances.

3. Customer and Partner Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and customers within the region.
  • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze regional sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges specific to the region.

5. Product Knowledge and Training:

  • Stay updated on digital appliance product features, benefits, and market positioning to effectively communicate with customers and partners.

  • Provide product training to the sales team and retail partners within the region.

6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

7. Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in regional sales management or a similar role, preferably in the digital/home appliances industry.

  • Strong leadership, existing customer relationships and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

  • Knowledge of digital appliances market trends and customer behavior.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the consumer electronics or digital appliances industry.
