About the Position: Start your career in property management! We're looking for an outgoing Leasing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and has passion for people & a desire to grow and learn. Job Duties Include:
  • Touring & leasing apartments while staying Fair Housing compliant and providing stellar customer service
  • Maintaining the high property standards and service that contribute to our industry-leading resident retention rate
  • Performing administrative tasks such as file maintenance
  • Assisting with property social media postings
  • Support resident relations through resident events and community engagement

Job Requirements:
  • Excited to learn leasing process and property management industry - even if you're just starting out
  • Great communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
  • Basic computer skills including ability to utilize Microsoft Office and learn industry software
  • Availability to work a varied schedule including weekends during peak leasing season
  • Reliable transportation
