Customer Operations Analyst I

The Customer Operations Analyst I supports day-to-day customer operations by managing orders, monitoring deliveries, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met. This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to develop expertise in customer support, order management, and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and track customer orders from entry through delivery.
  • Provide customers with updates on order status, shipments, and delivery schedules.
  • Work with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Sales teams to resolve order issues.
  • Monitor order backlog and identify potential delivery risks.
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records in company systems.
  • Assist with customer inquiries and support issue resolution.
  • Generate basic operational reports and analyze data to support decision-making.
  • Support process improvements and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
