About the Role:
Refrigeration Plus LLC is looking for a skilled Refrigeration Service Technician to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO! This is a hands-on role where you'll keep commercial and residential refrigeration systems running at peak performance — all while working with a company that values your expertise and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems
  • Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment, HVAC/R units, and cooling systems
  • Install new refrigeration equipment and ensure proper system startup and commissioning
  • Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant-related issues on a variety of systems
  • Handle refrigerant recovery, recharge, and leak detection in compliance with EPA regulations
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding service findings and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts documentation
Requirements:
  • EPA 608 Universal Certification required
  • 5+ years of hands-on refrigeration or HVAC/R service experience
  • Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, electrical components, and controls
  • Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and equipment schematics
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
