Guided Reflections Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team. In this full-time remote position, you will have the opportunity to provide essential therapeutic services to clients of various backgrounds. This role is uniquely designed for a remote working arrangement, allowing you to manage your schedule while maintaining a strong connection with clients. • Conduct detailed, comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, formulate clinical diagnoses, and establish effective treatment plans that address individual goals.
• Provide therapy sessions—individual, group, and family therapy—using validated, evidence-based modalities tailored to enhance therapeutic efficacy and align with clients' unique circumstances.
• Offer crisis intervention services for clients facing acute mental health crises or emergencies, ensuring immediate and effective support.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, according to ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop a coordinated approach to client care, involving communication with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, diverse treatment options, and available community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Stay abreast of current best practices in mental health therapy through continuous training, professional development workshops, and participation in industry conferences.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role is critical in providing culturally sensitive care, tailored therapeutic techniques, and creating safe spaces for clients to explore their issues. By doing so, you will significantly contribute to positive client outcomes and enhanced mental wellbeing within the community.

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Massachusetts.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline is required.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with an emphasis on evidence-based practices.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience is essential for this position.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills are a must to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.
• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in all interactions and documentation.

• While prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred, motivated candidates with less experience and a strong commitment to learning may also be considered.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy modalities is a plus, as we emphasize innovative approaches to mental health care delivery.

You will receive a competitive salary ranging between USD 85,000 and USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a supportive work environment, we provide an array of benefits including:
