Key Responsibilities

As a licensed mental health counselor, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting one-on-one mental health counseling sessions with clients via secure video chat, ensuring ethical adherence and compassionate care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a patient demographic consisting of stable, low-acuity adults, who present with a myriad of mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and mild depression to stress management. Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

  • A Masterโ€™s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice without supervision. Applicants must include their credentials and licensed state in their application, with acceptable licenses including:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • No provisional or limited licenses and no history of disciplinary actions.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor, strong computer literacy, and functionality for video counseling.
  • A reliable internet connection, a computer with webcam and audio capabilities, and a commitment to maintaining a therapeutic environment remotely.
Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will possess experience working with low-acuity adult populations and demonstrate familiarity with solution-focused therapy approaches. A history of using electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus, providing insight into efficient client documentation and tracking.

Compensation and Benefits
