Refinery projects are complex and require coordination among engineers, project managers, regulatory agencies, and local communities to ensure successful completion and safe operation.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in a refinery project manager role, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Refinery Project Manager, you need a strong background in chemical or mechanical engineering, project management experience, and knowledge of refinery processes, often supported by a relevant degree and PMP certification.
