• Conduct confidential and empathetic mental health counseling sessions with clients via secure video communications.
• Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities, including solution-focused therapy, to help clients identify goals and improve their emotional well-being.
• Develop tailored treatment plans for each individual client, ensuring that their unique mental health needs are met with precision.
• Facilitate sessions that encourage clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and interpersonal dynamics, fostering deeper self-awareness and coping strategies.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress toward their goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance effectiveness.

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adult clients who seek to enhance their quality of life through improved mental health. Our focus is on helping individuals develop the necessary skills to manage life's challenges, ensuring they feel empowered throughout their therapeutic journey.

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possession of a current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing independent practice (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD).
• No limited or provisional licenses; candidates must have a clean disciplinary record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills combined with an empathetic approach to client interactions.
• Proficiency in using technology, including familiarity with telehealth platforms and online counseling tools.
• A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting video sessions, along with a dependable internet connection.
