Job description

We're looking to hire Quality Line Reference Technicians for our Fishers, Indiana site!

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-process, visual, dimensional, functional, and packaging controls according to the control plan of the manufactured product
  • Be the reference key-person for product quality within the shift with reference to the production lines to which they are dedicated
  • Cooperate with the QC laboratory for the evaluation of the defects
  • Monitor production lines status in coordination with the other functions, recording the control results and the other required information,
  • Guarantee a high level of cleaning and tidiness of the work areas
  • Initiate deviations and OOS and participate in the investigations and solving activities for the non-conformities that occur during the shift
  • Support personnel training activities

Qualifications:

  • Basic computer application knowledge
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or quality control
  • Knowledge of device manufacturing/pharma Quality Management System processes and features
  • Experience in healthcare device/pharma manufacturing environment.
  • International travel may be required, based on business needs
  • Ability to work weekends
