If you're interested in a position where you work independently while managing a construction project, we have a fantastic opportunity! 


Essential Duties: 


1. Follow and enforce BlackWing Elite Builders policies and procedures.

2. Be present on jobsite to assist subcontractors 

3. Redline construction documents as the project progresses.

4. Maintain compliance with OSHA safety standards as well as state construction regulations. 

5. Maintain safety logs while documenting necessary corrective action throughout the project. 

6. Work with utility companies, vendors, and inspectors as needed. 

7. Maintain jobsite cleanliness routinely. 

8. Assist with finishing work. 

9. Provide progress reports continuously to Project Manager. 


POSITION SUMMARY


The Construction Supervisor coordinates projects by planning, organizing, and controlling each project, completing quality inspections, and supervising sub-contractors and staff. This position also works closely with the Owners. 

People that are successful in this position have: 

  • Previous proven experience of construction management experience. 
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. 
  • Proven knowledge of OSHA safety standards and willingness to implement. 
  • Proven knowledge of construction regulations. 
  • Willingness to work cohesively with vendors, subcontractors, inspectors, and the owner.
  • A drive to be successful.
  • Pristine attention to detail.
  • Must be punctual and dependable.

Salary range: $70,000 - $75,000 + bonus potential 

Requirements

  • Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States. 
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week.
  • Ability and willingness to travel to job site location. (Mitchell, SD) 
  • Must have a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.    Â
