Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst Division: Redhawk Administrative Services Location: Chesapeake, VA Clearance: Active Secret Clearance (Required) **Position is contingent upon award of contract Position Summary Redhawk Administrative Services is s eeking a Sr. Financial Analyst to lead execution across a 30+ staff accounting team in support of our Department of Homeland Security (DHS) customer. They play a critical role in providing professional financial services to the US Coast Guard (USCG), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction Office (CWMD). Requirements include accounting services, audit/internal controls, and property management. Essential Duties & Responsibilities • Lead task execution across a 30+ accounting team. • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data related to all types of financial transactions. • Utilize the customer's Financial System Management System (FSMS) to extract, analyze, and interpret financial data. • Support the reconciliation of financial data within FSMS. • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and trends for management review. • Collaborate with financial teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency. • Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes and reporting. • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required by management to support informed decision-making. • Support financial accounting and payment processing. • Support financial and accounting processes mandated by the customer and other federal agencies. Education & Experience Requirements Education: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Business/Data Analytics) • CGFM/CPA/CDFM/CPFO certification(s) (Preferred) Experience: • 3-5 years' experience in a financial role leading teams • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis techniques. • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Experience with the USCG Financial System Modernization Solution (FSMS) (Preferred) #ClearanceJobs Redhawk Administrative Services, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
