At Woodland Direct, we're looking for a Paid Social Media Manager who is equal parts strategist, creative, and performance marketer. You'll own our paid social channels across Meta, Pinterest, and Reddit, managing the strategy, creative, budgets, and optimization that drive measurable business growth.

This isn't a role where someone else tells you what to test next. You'll build campaigns, design ad creative, analyze performance, and continuously experiment to uncover what resonates with our customers. If you're motivated by ownership, creativity, and results, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do

  • Own all paid social strategy, campaign execution, and budget management across Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, and others.
  • Design compelling ad creative and partner with our Content Writer to deliver consistent, on-brand campaigns.
  • Develop distinct strategies for both homeowner and professional/trade audiences.
  • Continuously test creative, copy, audiences, and campaign performance to improve ROAS and revenue.
  • Analyze results, identify opportunities, and collaborate with Ecommerce and Digital Marketing leaders to shape future strategy.

What You'll Bring

  • 3–5+ years managing paid social campaigns with accountability for revenue and ROAS.
  • Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and familiarity with Pinterest or Reddit advertising.
  • Graphic design skills with a portfolio of ad creative you've personally developed.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience using GA4 and advertising platform analytics.
  • The ability to balance creativity with performance marketing and continuous optimization.

Experience in ecommerce, home improvement, high-ticket products, or marketing to both consumer and trade audiences is a plus.
