Job description

Real Chemistry is looking for an Associate, Paid Social to join our growing team!  

This role will assist with day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, and others. Work closely with senior team members to support workflow, ensure campaign accuracy, and contribute to planning, campaign building, monitoring, and reporting. Develop a solid understanding of each brand's goals, audience behavior, and social media trends. This is an entry-level role designed to help build strong foundational experience in paid social advertising. 

This role can be remote in the US or in any of our US offices, including New York City and Chicago. EST and CST working hours are preferred. 

What you'll do: 

  • Take an active role in day-to-day management of paid social campaigns supporting campaign set up, launch and daily monitoring of performance. 
  • Assist with managing media budgets and maintain accurate pacing documents towards client campaigns. 
  • Support internal finance processes and monthly invoicing within MediaOcean/ Prisma. 
  • Help prepare reports and performance summaries pulling platform metrics and assisting with identifying notable trends or issues with cross-team collaboration. 
  • Stay informed on paid social advertising policies and best practices. 
  • Participate in platform research, identifying new features, formats, or behavioral shifts that could benefit clients.

What you should have: 

  • 0-2 years of experience in a media or marketing role(or internship) 
  • Knowledge of social platforms such as Meta, Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with the ability to navigate Excel spreadsheets and financial flowcharts 
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when working with data or campaign accuracy  
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks and maintaining organization under tight timelines 
  • Desire to continually learn, improve and grow within the paid social industry 
  • Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to build relationships with internal teams 

Pay Range: $50,000 - $65,000

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, skills, certifications, and geographical location.
