  • Serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and deliveries while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
  • Prepare, format, proofread, and organize technical documents, reports, specifications, and project files.
  • Assist with project-related administrative tasks, scheduling, meeting coordination, office supply inventory and purchasing, and internal and external communications.
  • Support accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and local outreach activities, including career fairs and conferences.
  • Perform occasional local errands, including transporting office materials and supporting business needs.

What you bring to the table:

  • 2-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, or professional services environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Project, Access, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Experience in formatting professional documents, reports, presentations, and other business communications is highly valued.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on supporting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
