Genesis - The Atlantic Club Red Bank is seeking passionate and high-energy Group Fitness Instructors to join our growing team. We are looking for confident instructors who can lead engaging, safe, and motivating classes while creating a strong sense of community. Previous teaching experience is required in one or more of the following modalities.
Actively Hiring For
Pilates
Sculpt / Yoga Sculpt
HIIT / Circuit Training
Strength Training
Indoor Cycling (high energy and strong stage presence required)
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Lead safe, effective, and engaging group fitness classes
Demonstrate and cue proper exercise technique for all fitness levels
Modify and progress movements to accommodate all populations
Create an inclusive, motivating, and welcoming class environment
Communicate clearly and confidently while leading groups
Maintain a professional, positive, and energetic presence
Represent Genesis - The Atlantic Club with a team-first mindset
Qualifications
Previous group fitness teaching experience required
Strong knowledge of exercise technique and safety principles
Outgoing, energetic personality with the ability to lead in front of a group
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Ability to work with diverse fitness levels and populations

Schedule
Flexible availability preferred, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Compensation: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour
