Job Overview

Primarily provides pre‑sales technical support for the development and implementation of complex products, applications and solutions. Uses in‑depth product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and customers through sales presentations, product demonstrations and rapid prototyping.

Responsibilities
  • Work independently to set and achieve objectives tied to functional targets and goals within RedHat’s partner ecosystem.
  • Apply independent judgment to deliver creative solutions to complex technical challenges and coordinate activities to ensure successful project completion.
  • Mentor team members, provide guidance on best practices, and drive technical innovation within the partner ecosystem, impacting both functional and regional goals.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of technical enablement plans for key partners, aligning with RedHat’s strategic goals.
  • Design and implement tailored technical solutions that address complex partner and customer challenges.
  • Coordinate RedHat technical resources—including product specialists and support teams—to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Mentor junior solution architects, providing guidance and advice to support their professional development.
  • Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and pilot projects with partners to co‑create innovative solutions leveraging RedHat technologies.
  • Assist the sales staff in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer needs, preparing detailed product specifications and design documentation, and building mini‑applications to demonstrate feasibility.
  • Provide consultation to prospective users and conduct product capability assessment and validation.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $150,910.00 – $241,440.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications. Pay transparency: RedHat determines compensation based on several factors, including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity.
