Job Description

Responsible for administering HR policies and procedures at the service center level and overseeing HR functions by providing support for recruiting, hiring and terminations. Provide HR related training and monitor employee engagement.



Primary Responsibilitie

  • sProvide training and support to the Service Center Team on the hiring process including Behavior Based interviewing, posting internal and external job openings, and moving applicants through WorkDay
  • .Handle employee questions regarding benefits, compensation, 401K, time off policies, etc
  • .Provide support to the Management Team on the Progressive Discipline process
  • .Assist Corporate HR with the implementation of programs and communication with employees at the service center leve
  • lProvide local level support for FMLA/Disability process adherence with the Corporate HR Leave of Absence management tea
  • mMaintain close contact with the Regional HRD Manager to ensure compliance with OD’s policies and procedures and state/federal employment laws and regulation
  • sEncourage employee engagement and promote OD’s culture and family spirit while attending dock and safety meeting
  • sAssist with careers fairs and local recruiting event
  • sAssist with HR related ongoing training at the service center leve
