Job description

General Manager – Dunkin' ☕ (Chicago South Suburbs) Location: Tinley Park / Orland Park, IL Compensation: $60,000–$65,000/year plus bonus

Runs on Dunkin'? We run on YOU.

We're a family-owned Dunkin' crew (some spots double as Dunkin' / Baskin-Robbins — coffee rush by day, ice cream party by night ?) growing fast across Chicago's South Suburbs. 5 stores open, 3 more on the way, next one opening in about 6 weeks. Our stores move — $30K a week in sales — but we still run like a family, not a faceless corporation. No red tape. No 12 layers of approval. Just fast decisions and people who actually know your name.

We're looking for a General Manager who can run a high-volume store like a well-oiled (and well-caffeinated) machine — and who wants more than just a job. Get in now, grow the bench, and help us build the next 3 stores. GM today, multi-unit leader tomorrow? Very possible here.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

  • Running the show at a high-energy Dunkin' (or Dunkin'/Baskin-Robbins) restaurant — sales, guest experience, the whole vibe

  • Leading, hiring, and mentoring a crew of 15–17 people you'll actually enjoy showing up for

  • Owning the numbers — inventory, costs, cash, P&L — and hitting your targets

  • Keeping brand standards, food safety, and cleanliness on point across every daypart

  • Coaching up your shift leaders so they're ready for the next opening (yes, that could be a promotion for them — and for you)

  • Talking directly to ownership when you need a decision — not a ticket queue

What You Bring

  • 2+ years leading a team in QSR, retail, or another fast-paced, high-volume gig

  • A track record of running a tight ship with 15+ people and real numbers to hit

  • Solid communication, scheduling, and cost-control chops

  • Early-riser energy and a love of a busy, high-five-worthy shift

  • Ambition — this role has a real path to multi-unit leadership as we keep opening stores

  • Reliable ride to our South Suburbs Chicago locations (Tinley Park, Orland Park, and around)

Why You'll Actually Like It Here

  • $60K–$65K salary plus bonus — real money for real leadership

  • Top-tier benefits

  • Ground-floor growth story: 3 new stores incoming, promotions built right in

  • Family-owned, hands-on, zero corporate nonsense
