Job description

About the Job:
Join our nonprofit organization and help make a positive environmental and community impact! We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Associate to assist with our online sales and recycling operations.
In this role, you’ll manage the day-to-day flow of online orders - photographing and listing products, preparing shipments, and working hands-on with donated electronics. You’ll test, clean, and post items for sale online, while also helping sort recyclable materials to support our sustainability efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Pack, label, and ship online orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Photograph and research items for online listings.
  • Clean, test, and prepare electronic devices for resale.
  • Wipe computers and install operating systems when needed.
  • Assist customers during drop-offs, including loading and unloading items.
  • Sort and organize electronics for recycling.
  • Answer phone calls and provide friendly, helpful communication.
  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in online sales or computer repair/troubleshooting preferred.
  • Tech-savvy and willing to learn new skills and systems.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 35 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must pass a background check.

Position Details:
  • Job Type: Part time or Full-time (W-2 employee).
