Regional Recruitment Director
Xavier University is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Director of Regional Recruitment, Chicago to join our team! In this role, you'll be instrumental in guiding prospective students and their families through the admissions process, acting as a primary point of contact and an ambassador for Xavier. We're looking for someone with a strong aptitude for sales-someone who can effectively communicate the value of our academic programs and campus experience, addressing concerns and inspiring confidence. Exceptional customer service skills are paramount, as you'll build relationships and provide personalized support to a diverse range of individuals. The position also requires travel for recruitment events, so a willingness to hit the road and connect with future students is essential. This is a remote position, but the candidate must be located in the greater Chicago region. At least 5 years of college recruitment experience strongly preferred. Job Responsibilities:
  • Travel throughout assigned territory.
  • Build relationships with high school students, their families, and high school guidance staff.
  • Represent Xavier University in a positive manner.
  • Organize and attend recruitment activities in assigned territory, such as college fairs, high school visits, etc.
  • Evaluate applications for admission.
  • Utilize CRM (Slate) to effectively monitor student and territory performance.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years in a similar role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent presentation, writing and analytical skills.
  • This is a remote role, but candidate must be located in the greater Chicago region.
