Recruiter HR Administrator
Summary
The Recruiter Human Resources Administrator is the first face people see when entering our office. The Recruiter is responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming space for Locally Grown Restaurants. As a Recruiter HR Administrator, you will help run and scale our hiring engine. You will assist the HR department with administrative processes and provide facility support to Workspace tenants. You must demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to enter data with consistent accuracy. The Recruiting HR Administrator must be highly organized and efficient in time management, with the ability to balance and prioritize their task list.
Role amp; Responsibilities
  • Post open job positions, source candidates, and assist with background checks
  • Build repeatable pipelines for hospitality operations positions
  • Drive candidate flow day to day, review applicants, and engage with hiring managers
  • Build and maintain the applicant tracking systems and job boards
  • Support pre-boarding/on-boarding, documentation collection, electronic filings, and I-9 documentation
  • Performs orientation amp; onboarding with new hires, maintains all completed hiring and training documents, and completes all post-new hire appointment data entry and filing
  • Be knowledgeable about and present an overview of employee benefits to new hires
  • Communicates the status of new hires with the restaurant management
  • Maintain and track employee certification expiration dates. Send monthly status change updates to managers
  • Oversees and executes weekly recruiting communications and assists hiring managers with the hiring process
  • Oversees office operations; answers the phone, greets everyone who enters the office, and assists as needed
  • Opens business mail, distributes tenant mail, and ensures all outgoing mail is dealt with appropriately. orders and picks up office lunches, and maintains a well-organized and stocked office environment
  • Other filing and administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned based on the needs of the HR department
Position Type
  • This is a full-time, hourly non-exempt position requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week during normal business hours
Other Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in recruiting coordination or human resources support
  • HRIS or Paycor experience preferred
  • Basic familiarity with HR compliance - sensitive work and confidentiality
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to communicate, write, and understand English
  • Typing skills, including a proficiency with the 10-key
  • Experience with Google Apps: Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets
  • Must sign confidentiality agreement
