RECRUITING CONSULTANT -STAFFING SPECIALIST NEEDED IN WHEELING, WV
Hiring a service driven, self motivated, trustworthy, energetic sales & goal oriented person with an outgoing upbeat positive personality! Must pay close attention to detail, be driven & able to work alone or with others while increasing sales & helping with customer retention.
Do you want weekends off? Be home in the evenings ? LOVE YOUR JOB? No holidays? This is the career for you.
Must be able to troubleshoot to resolve customer and associate problems. Must be comfortable to conduct outside service calls to ensure quality customer service and expand business. Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service, and performing a variety of administrative duties that support the overall mission of outstanding quality performance and service.
Must use Mancan's proven Recruiting methods that include all types of technology, media scripts that we have developed etc. You will be selling employee skills to customers, and customer positions to employees.
Primary Functions:
Obtain detailed assignment information from customers to match customer requirements with employee skills as well as utilizing information to provide effective customer service.
Fill customer staffing needs- job requests with qualified employees.
Monitor employee attendance and performance using the phone computer and metrics program.
Troubleshoot to resolve problems or complaints.
Coach and counsel associates to ensure quality performance.
Conduct outside service calls.
Recruit
Computer skills, great phone skills & stellar work ethic are all required
Qualifications:
Must have a reliable vehicle, no felony record.
Requirements must have at least 2 years professional office experience.
Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills and excellent people skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with others. Clear and concise language/grammar.
Ability to problem solve.
Must be willing to take the initiative and be self-motivated.
Cooperative, team oriented, patient, calm under pressure, and able to work independently and with a team.
Ability to travel to customer and prospects sites.
Must be able to meet tight deadlines.
Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel and must type at least 40 WPM.
