Job description

Recreation Manager

Mill Creek MetroParks is currently seeking an organized, positive, and professional leader to manage our Recreation department. The Recreation Manager is responsible for the successful administration and operations of all facets of recreational programming at Mill Creek MetroParks. Responsibilities include overseeing Wick Recreation Area, Boathouses, and athletic areas, supervising recreation staff, and ensuring high-quality programming, facilities, and visitor experiences.

Who you are!

  • Must be at least 18 years old with minimum high school completion or GED
  • You possess a valid driver's license
  • You have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Parks Administration, Sports Administration, Recreation, or a related field
  • You have a minimum of three (3) years progressive experience in operation of a recreation facility, event center, or related venue
  • You have a minimum of three (3) years demonstrated supervisory experience
