**Primary Therapist - Behavioral Health & Substance Use Treatment**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Therapist to join our clinical team. This role is responsible for providing individual, group, and family therapy services while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support clients throughout their recovery journey.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide individual, group, and family therapy services in accordance with clinical best practices and regulatory standards.
* Complete psychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning.
* Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress.
* Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other treatment team members to ensure continuity of care.
* Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare services to support long-term recovery success.
* Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation within the electronic medical record.
* Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and clinical supervision as required.
* Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and all applicable regulations.

Requirements
**Qualifications**
* Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required.
* Active state licensure or certification required, where applicable.
* LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, LPCC, or comparable independent clinical licensure preferred.
* Experience providing individual, group, and family therapy in behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment settings preferred.
* Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses, treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
* Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and case management skills.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary treatment team.
