We are committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care that supports individuals on their journey to recovery and wellness.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. This position plays a vital role in providing direct patient care, administering medications and treatments, monitoring client health, and supporting the overall treatment process.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical providers.
* Monitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall health status.
* Observe patients for changes in condition and communicate concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
* Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as required.
* Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, and other treatment team members to support patient care.
* Assist with admissions, assessments, medication reconciliation, and discharge processes.
* Support patients with compassionate, professional, and trauma-informed care.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, infection control, and medication administration protocols.
* Participate in emergency response situations as needed.
**Schedule Requirements**
