Parker & Sons is currently seeking a Recovery Sales Associate to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. As a Parker & Sons Recovery Sales Associate you will be reengaging, presenting, and selling prospective customers our high-quality top of line services!

What will I do? 

  • Follow up on any unclosed sales estimates for the company
  • Generate sales by utilize current customer database
  • Overcome objections and close sales to meet performance requirements
  • Stay up to date on current promotions and specials
  • Present financing options and assist customers with financing applications and processing
  • Complete all necessary forms, contracts, change orders, rebate applications, & necessary documentation to complete the sales process
  • Attend weekly sales meetings held by leadership
  • Communicate with the Sales Recovery department to maximize customer acquisition

What are the Qualifications? 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Minimum of 2 years customer service experience (sales experience a bonus!)
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screen and DMV check
