We provide trauma-informed treatment and recovery support services for women with substance use and co-occurring disorders, fostering a safe, supportive environment where women can heal, grow, and build lasting recovery. Why This Role MattersThe Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder Case Manager plays a critical role in helping individuals navigate complex behavioral health and recovery journeys. Through coordinated care, discharge planning, and outcomes-focused case management, this position helps clients achieve stability, improve health outcomes, reduce avoidable hospitalizations, and maintain long-term recovery.
