This role is entirely onsite, providing therapy in patients' homes, which allows for a deeply personalized care experience. As a member of Agile Strength, you will have access to the tools and resources necessary for effective rehabilitation, including the latest therapeutic equipment, and administrative support for managing patient records. • Engage with patients to obtain comprehensive evaluations, understanding their medical history and current physical capabilities.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and create tailored treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and functionality.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercise techniques to enhance their physical abilities and independence.
• Administer therapy modalities, including a variety of manual therapy techniques, stimulation, or massage to facilitate recovery.
• Assist patients with adaptive equipment such as wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices to promote safety and mobility.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient progress, treatment methods, and adjusted goals to provide continuous quality care.
• Advise patients and their families on in-home treatment strategies and exercises that can sustain recovery efforts beyond therapy sessions.

Our focus is on delivering care to a wide range of patients, including children, adults, and the elderly, who may be dealing with conditions that affect their physical movement or quality of life. Agile Strength Rehabilitation Center caters to various diagnoses, from post-surgical recovery to chronic pain management, ensuring therapists are equipped to handle diverse clinical needs.

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• Active and valid physical therapy license and registration in the state of California.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficient in computer skills, including experience with electronic medical records systems.
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in managing patient caseloads and schedules.

While new graduates are encouraged to apply, we prefer candidates with at least two years of experience in a clinical setting, particularly those with prior home care experience. Mentorship programs are available for new therapists to ensure rapid professional development.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
