Must pass the background check and drug screening! No felonies or misdemeanors of any kind since turning 18 years old! 

$15 per hour

Shifts: All shifts include weekends

Work under the supervision of the supervisor(s) to perform semi-routine clerical duties. An Office Clerk’s duties and responsibilities can include:

  • Maintain and update data or various software applications
  • Compose letters, label, alphabetize, and file
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Ensuring company records, including invoices and purchase orders, are kept up to date
  • Fulfilling report requests and public information requests
  • Preparing company letters or other official documents as instructed by company management
  • Answering telephone calls and directing messages to the appropriate member of the staff
  • Respond to internal and external requests for information, and send and review mail. 
  • Preparing documents and spreadsheets
  • Update records, answer telephones and other inquiries, and maintain schedules
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Minimum Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent. A college degree is preferred. 
  • At least 1-2 years of professional office experience. 
  • Data Entry and Customer Service experience. 
  • Verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites

All shifts include weekends:
6:45 am - 2:45 pm
8:00 am - 4:00 pm
2:45 pm - 10:45 pm
4:00 pm - midnight. ​
10:45 pm - 6:45 am
