Assistant Studio Manager – Membership Sales (Health, Wellness & Fitness)
Looking to grow your leadership, sales, and health & wellness skills?

Join the Stretch Zone team and help clients improve their mobility and overall wellness while developing your career in the fitness industry.
If selected, all candidates will receive ongoing training and development to help you succeed in membership sales, client experience, and studio operations.
Availability: Full-time, including weekdays and weekends
Duties
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the studio team to achieve membership sales and performance goals.
  • Drive membership sales by educating prospective clients and recommending personalized Stretch Zone programs.
  • Conduct consultations, demos, and follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into members.
  • Work outbound leads daily through phone calls, texts, and other client outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Conduct client check-ins to monitor satisfaction, progress, and overall experience.
  • Identify at-risk members and take proactive steps to improve retention and prevent cancellations.
  • Pre-book client sessions and encourage consistent attendance and engagement.
  • Oversee daily studio operations to ensure a clean, organized, professional, and welcoming environment.
  • Manage staff schedules, payroll, and day-to-day team performance.
  • Monitor studio KPIs, membership metrics, sales performance, and financial accountability.
  • Coach team members on sales, customer service, and company standards.
  • Execute company initiatives, promotions, programs, and operational strategies.
  • Maintain accurate client and studio records across multiple systems.
  • Build relationships within the local community through outreach, events, and networking.
  • Ensure all team members follow Stretch Zone protocols, policies, and operational standards.
