Reconstruction Project Manager

Maryland | Full-Time

We are growing and looking for an experienced Reconstruction Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of projects, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences from start to finish.

What You'll Do

As our Reconstruction Project Manager, you'll oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from estimate approval through final completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple reconstruction and restoration projects simultaneously
  • Develop scopes of work, estimates, budgets, and change orders
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, and schedules
  • Maintain detailed job documentation using CRM and project management platforms
  • Work closely with insurance adjusters, TPAs, homeowners, and commercial clients
  • Conduct site visits to ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and project progress
  • Proactively communicate project updates with customers and internal teams
  • Identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budget
  • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in construction, reconstruction, restoration, or project management
  • Strong understanding of residential and commercial building practices
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Experience working directly with customers and subcontractors
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Restoration industry experience (water, fire, storm, or mold mitigation)
  • Experience working with insurance claims and adjusters
  • Xactimate experience
  • Knowledge of TPAs and insurance restoration programs
  • IICRC certifications or industry-related certifications
