SERVPRO Team Wilson is seeking an experienced Reconstruction Superintendent to lead residential and commercial reconstruction projects from job handoff through final completion. This position is responsible for managing field operations, subcontractors, scheduling, quality control, customer communication, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $60,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience
  • Performance Incentive Plan: Uncapped earning potential

What You'll Do
  • Manage multiple reconstruction projects from handoff through completion
  • Schedule subcontractors and coordinate material deliveries
  • Maintain project schedules and keep jobs moving
  • Perform site inspections to ensure quality and safety
  • Communicate with homeowners throughout the reconstruction process
  • Document project progress and maintain accurate job files
  • Manage punch lists and final walkthroughs
  • Work closely with Project Managers to identify and execute approved change orders
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of residential or light commercial construction management experience
  • Experience leading subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing and building methods
  • Ability to read scopes of work and construction documentation
  • Excellent organizational and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Experience with Xactimate, Restore OS, or similar construction management software is a plus.
