Reconditioning Managers are professionals responsible for overseeing the restoration and preparation of used vehicles, equipment, or products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards before resale or reuse. They manage reconditioning teams, coordinate inspections, repairs, detailing, and handle inventory management. Reconditioning Managers work closely with service technicians, vendors, and sales departments to ensure timely and cost-effective turnaround of assets. Their role is integral in maximizing the value and appeal of pre-owned goods, especially in industries like automotive dealerships, rental agencies, and manufacturing.
