Our Reconciliation IT team in Saxo isresponsible for carrying out all change management processes, deep diving into daily business activities to review and find improvement opportunities, reducing manual work and improving STP, driving projects, writing requirements, and reporting directly under the COO's organization. We ensure that Saxo effectively manages and mitigates the risks associated with business activities.

As our new IntelliMatch Developer, your tasks will include designing and developing reconciliation solutions, optimizing data processing, managing projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement efficient solutions.

Please note that the position is in Hellerup, Denmark. Your reporting management will be based in Gurugram, India.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and supporting reconciliations in the FIS Intellimatch/Data Integrity Manager application. You will analyze complex project requirements, including ISO 20022 migration, and work with Microsoft SQL Server using advanced queries, stored procedures, and functions.

Further you will:

  • Implement and manage PowerBI dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.

  • Work closely with development, operations and project teams to ensure priorities are developed, tested and implemented to requirements.

  • Production support of reconciliations applications. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to reconciliation processes and data management.

  • Lead complex technology initiatives. Oversee and manage significant technology projects that have a wide-reaching impact across the company.

  • Develop standards and best practices: Play a key role in creating and promoting company -wide guidelines for developing complex, large-scale technology solutions.

Your Profile

In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. Furthermore, you will help identify team priorities by assessing the criticality of tasks. In addition, experience in production support for Intellimatch is considered an advantage. You should also be comfortable taking the lead, communicating with clarity, and constructively challenging the status quo when needed. Moreover, strong attention to detail, along with the ability to navigate complexity, consider multiple perspectives, and clearly summarize issues, will be essential. Finally, you should have strong analytical skills and be self-motivated to take ownership of assigned work and drive issue resolution independently.

Further:

  • Extensive experience with reconciliation product FIS Intellimatch/Data Integrity manager.

  • Proficiency in IntelliMatch, Nextgen, SQL, Batch Scripts, powershell scripts and Crystal Reports. Experience in MA SQL server complex database queries, stored procedures and knowledge of Preprocessing database. Experience with ISO20022 swift formats and how to process it in Intellimatch.

  • Hands-on experience with PowerBI for data visualization and reporting.

  • Experience with defining and maintaining the architecture, roadmap and governance framework for Intellimatch.
