Sales
Our Sales teams help to deliver Reckitt's purpose by building shared success with our customers, making access to the highest quality hygiene, wellness, and nourishment possible in-stores and online. Within Sales, we're focused on achieving outperformance across all of our channels, operating in highly competitive categories. This focus results in a dynamic, fast paced environment where cross functional teams are encouraged to collaborate to achieve success. We have around 10,000 sales people across the world, within market roles and ranging in areas like Field Sales, Key Accounts, Trade Marketing and Category Development.
About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Manager to work with a fast-paced team calling on Target Corporate. The Junior Key Account Manager for Finish Dish Care on Target will be a crucial member of the team executing multi-year plans through strong negotiations. You will oversee the achievement of customer and channel plans by overseeing all aspects of best-in-class 4P execution in market. Your responsibilities

• Manage strategic customer relationships and drive category growth.
• Execute account plans and lead customer negotiations.
• Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver 4P strategies.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Develop impactful sales presentations and business cases.
• Drive continuous improvement, profitability, and process optimization.

The experience we're looking for

• 4 year college degree preferred or equivalent management experience
• 3-5 years related sales experience.
• Strong market and financial acumen
• Nielsen/Numerator experience.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Knowledge of sales processes and category growth strategies.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling approach.
• Ability to influence decisions using data and insights.
• Must be based in Minneapolis.
