Recipe Author Developer
Work location: Pittsburgh, PA
Duration: 6 months+ extendable.
Work experience: 4-10 years
Mandatory Skills
Manufacturing Execution systems
Functional knowledge of Pharma processes (Weigh & Dispense, SBM etc)
Rockwell FTPS (v8.2)
Preferred Skills
MES development & deployment on other products
Worked in Agile / complete SDLC project lifecyle
Integration with other L2/L3
Job Roles/Responsibilities


1. Gathering requirements for a MBR for a Unit Procedure/Product
2. Liaising with various product (operations, validation) experts and subject matter experts to determine the requirements for the new MBR
3. Creating a standard set of instructions to support site implementations Designing and developing State Diagrams in MES
4. Determining updates for Master Data, State Diagrams, Equipment management
5. Design and creation of complex MBR for Weighing & Dispensing
6. Site specific requirement analysis for processes
7. Validation of the created MBRs for site deployment
8. Providing status updates to the Project Manager on a day to day basis on progress, issues and risks.
9. Support execution of OQ w.r.t various interfaces (SAP, scales)
10. Provide guidance on MBR related issues during validation
11. Troubleshoot and defects resolution during validation of Master Batch Records
