Lead Receptionist/Office Manager

Intermountain Hospital is looking for a dynamic Lead Receptionist/Office Manager to greet patients, visitors, and staff at our front desk! The Lead Front Desk Receptionist/Office Manager is responsible for supervising and facilitating the flow of organizational information; to provide a positive responsive environment for receiving internal and external telephone calls and face-to-face information via the front desk duties. Responsible for scheduling and being responsible for front desk coverage 7 days a week. Responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors, checking in patients for assessment, answering the switchboard and routing calls appropriately, maintaining the facility census book, accepting and directing incoming deliveries, processing incoming and outgoing mail, providing clerical support as requested, and keeping A&R forms stocked. Receptionist is responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lobby and triage rooms. The receptionist is also responsible for providing data processing services for the facility which includes entering patient's admissions, entering A&R calls, entering discharges and physician/bed/unit transfers. In addition, the receptionist assists with various clerical duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications Education: High school graduate or equivalent. Experience: Two (2) years' experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a healthcare environment and any combination of education, training, or experience in a hospital environment preferred.
