We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist/Cashier in our service and parts department.  To be the welcoming face and voice of our dealership. As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in ensuring a positive experience by cashiering for parts and service, answering phones, greeting guests, and providing support to multiple departments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and brings a positive, customer-first attitude to every interaction.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate department or team member
  • Answer and route incoming calls promptly and courteously
  • Notify staff when customers arrive and assist in making introductions
  • Accept payments for service and parts invoices and accurately balance cash drawer
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming service appointments
  • Complete basic paperwork for loaner vehicles and customer documents
  • Perform light administrative duties such as filing, typing, data entry, and handling mail
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/reception area
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Parts teams as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outgoing, positive personality with a professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
  • Cash handling experience and familiarity with 10-key a plus
  • Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as needed
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
