Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, welcoming receptionist/concierge to join our team! 

As the receptionist/concierge for our busy Property Management company, you will be the first point of contact for our residents. You will greet residents as they arrive, book appointments, and answer phone calls, as well as following up on tenants request. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. 


Responsibilities 
  • Assisting residents as they arrive at our office or over the phone 
  • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments with site managers
  • Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
  • Provide general customer service and attend to the needs of customers throughout their service request
Qualifications
  • Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Preferred experience with filing any types of documents
