Job description

Summary
The Receptionist reports to the Accounts Payable Manager and is responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting vendors, customers, job applicants, and other visitors, and answering and routing phone calls in accordance with office policies. The role is also responsible for Accounts Payable and Freight Coding.
Responsibilities
  • Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls
  • Provide information to callers
  • Greet persons entering the building
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Ensure sign-in procedures are adhered to
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Process Accounts Payable Freight Coding
  • Any other duties as assigned by the manager
